Kettell Windows asked me to take photographs of the dirty bathroom window left by the fitter and I simply asked why they couldn't take my word for it. I then received an extraordinary email accusing me of "air on being threatening and abusive" Followed by "Please be respectful to any Kettell members that call"
I did take the pictures they asked for but you couldn't see the dirt on the outside of the window because of the heavily patterened glass.
Also, when I mentioned the further complaint that our bathroom floor had been left in a filthy state because they'd failed to cover the floor with a protective cover they blamed the poor young apprentice who was under the supervision of the fitter.
I suggested an apology might be appropriate for the inconvenience caused to us but this was refused.
If you claim to have high standards. These standards should be maintained when customers have genuine reasons to complain, especially when they've always been polite and respectful in all their conversations.
I do not expect to be wrongly accused of abuse when this was totally unfounded and untrue.
