A cut and blow dry should be a simple thing, but at so many other places Ive come away with a cut that is an inch or more out from what I asked for, with layers in places that hadn’t been discussed, or blow dried out into insane volumes when I asked for a smooth finish.Not Kelly’s!
I had my hair cut by Courtney as the most wallet friendly appointment on the day, but it was exactly what I asked for. Plus, I’m pretty introverted, but she chatted through the whole appointment and made me feel really at ease.
