When my usual hairdresser told me they'd unfortunately be unavailable for a while - asked for recommendations in Oxford, and was not disappointed!
Kelly took so much time to talk me through colours and options in the consultation - and was absolutely fantastic (as were here colleagues) throughout the highlights and cut! She went absolutely above and beyond, I always feel self conscious going to hair dressers so it was a joy to walk out feeling so looked after and happy with my new colour/cut!
