I chose Keengardener for my product because it was the most competitive price for a product I know well.
I had to wait over a week for DPD to deliver whereas in the past it has not taken that long. The product arrived but wasn't tight. So I rang Keengardener & arranged for a pick up. I was not offered a replacement straightaway - apparently due to having to 'verify' the issue. This meant waiting for the original one to be picked up a few days later. Rather than wait I rang again to find out what to do next. The person said they'd now send out a new machine... if I'd bought this from another firm online, they would have sent a machine out to me straight away. Why did I have to wait?! The next machine finally arrived some days later but part of it was broken as though it had been damaged in transit. So I had to ring again. The options were I was refunded or sent a spare part that I had to fit.
Luckily this story has a good ending because I chose to have the spare part which I fitted and all is well.
My problem is that I would think twice before using Keengardener again due to how I was left with the feeling that I'd done something 'wrong'. When I tried to express my disappointment with DPD I was not satisfied with the response.
But we got there eventually.
