Doesn't do what is says on the tin - quick delivery. I placed my order on 31st March. Their website suggests delivery by 2 days, it took 4. But more importantly when the mower arrived on the Friday a single important bolt was missing. I called them the same day. They said they would send the bolt out straight away. A week and a day later, I'm still waiting for the bolt!!!! I can't use the mower until/if the bolt arrives. The bolt should have been sent out Special Delivery the day I called, that's where it has gone wrong and that remains my grievance. With this service I wouldn't use them again, nor recommend them. Indeed, if the bolt hasn't arrived by Wednesday of next week I shall be returning the goods as not fit for purpose and calling my credit card provider to dispute the charge!!!!!
