I visited a garden centre close to me in Kent looking at BBQs and we saw one we actually liked . On getting home I done a search online and found the Keengardener site and found the exact BBQ I looked at locally but a lot cheaper. I ordered online without any problems and it was dispatched within a couple of days by courier and arrived on a pallet well protected . The only problem I had was printing out receipt of my purchase but a quick phone call and they sent one by post so I could get my 10 year warranty sorted out
