I was searching for a new patio heater and saw one on the Keen Gardener site. This was advertised as in stock and when i called was told to expect delivery with 5 days, this was perfect as i was having a party the following weekend and wanted it for then. It came to the Friday, so 6 days after ordering and was then told that it would be 3 weeks! Despite saying ONE IN STOCK!! I have felt very let down and somewhat conned!
