Whilst we did have some issues with the instillation of our bathroom, it was around Covid time when getting workers in was very difficult for everyone- (so can only give 4/5 stars). However, since then, we have had really excellent after sales service - the guarantee they provide is real and they cared. We had a small leak (due to a faulty shower unit) which damaged the ceiling - Kallums fixed it and made good all the damage within a week.
