WORST customer service for online orders. My order is already 2 weeks late than expected date of delivery, even after having over 2 months to make a simple lehenga.
They don't pick calls, don't give updates, don't respond, I'm unable to cancel my order, I'm completely stuck on a prepaid order and I don't know how to get my money back. Purvesh (sales assistant from Kalki) has been dodging my calls and messages for days now. Do NOT waste your money and precious time in ordering from them online
