Very bad service they have. Staff aren't polite at all. While selling they provide very good service after products sold they ask who are you?? Had you bought by kalki ?? Who was your sale person?? That meant kalki is not brand. That's such bad thing about kalki.Even the master takeing measurement dont know how to take it. Quality of Metal hooks n chain got junk within a year. Evey bad stuff & Quality.
