1. FALSE ADVERTISING: Outfit is completely different to the image - it was 167 Australian dollars equivalent to 9500(+) rupees and it was very sad to see that the quality I got was so so poor and the outfit did not match the pictures at all 2. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I complained and I am getting very delayed responses, with no chances of resolution in sight. They are not taking care of their own mistakes. Sad to see a company with so much publicity and advertising on social media not taking care of their own reputation in front of customers. When I followed up on the complaint via WhatsApp they responded back saying “we see that you have disputed this with PayPal”… yes obviously I would, you’ve ripped me off of my money. Please be careful guys, don’t buy from them.
