Today (Wednesday 7th September) I had a new NEFF hob installed in a very old kitchen. The old hob had been installed 20 years ago or some. Consequently the electricity supply did not conform with current building regs. and the very old units were a bit treacherous. It was touch & go if the installation team would proceed. It turned out to be a really tricky replacement installation. BUT they did thanks to the ingenuity of installation leader Matt with his colleague Nathan. They were fantastic. They were on time and faultlessly professional & 'polite'. An old fashioned thing that whose power is underestimated. And they installed the new hob perfectly. And I am thrilled to have a new hob that works after several years of two failed burners. And I am so grateful to Matt & Nathan for persevering. Victoria Clapham Junction
