I have sent a money to my brother for Birthday of his son.
Upon claiming the teller said that there’s none, though I received the notice that the amount has been paid and ready to be claimed.
It was so frustrating as he was not able to buy a cake.
When I CALLED to check the Kabayan employee said that it has something to do with the back the metro bank and RBC, the sender and the recipient has nothing to do with that as long as he presented the confirmation or reference number , which is the primary key to search and pull out the transaction.
