My beef is that it took ages to get through as you are obliged to listen to all the rules and regulations before you get a chance to speak to an operative. I phoned on my mobile and later discovered that I had been charged almost £9.00. Surely a company who is selling something should do all it can to encourage custom not drive them away with excessive phone charges. Never again.
