Just Travel has let us down totally. We contacted Just Travel in January to report the heath problem and provided all the information requested and asked the advisor how to proceed. It’s been 6 months and our claim has still not been settled. The claims handlers do not check the information already provided and keep emailing us for the same information. We have called up a number of times to complain and have no idea when our claim will be settled. On top of this we have been asked to pay our GP for the information they have requested but say they will only pay part of that cost! We have already incurred the costs and cannot understand why it’s taking Just Travel so long to settle the claim. I dare not think what would have happened if the claim related to a more severe health emergency. It is distressing that we have paid a heavy premium for such poor service.
