I filled out the claims form the 1st week in April, sending all the paperwork which was required. 2 Weeks later, I emailed and complained no one had been in touch and asked for someone to call me, to which my phone rang once!! not even giving me chance to pick it up, I then received an email saying I had missed a call, and they asked for me to re-send the paperwork, in total I have sent the paperwork now three times. I also asked for an address to send the paperwork (signed for) nothing!! I Have you tried to call, which is an absolute JOKE I am now on week 10 awaiting a reply.
