Today's date 26/3/23 and I have not received my travel insurance documents and I need them for 5/4/23 for my journey to Jakarta, I have telephoned your costumer service but did not get any satisfaction ,and also why has hazardous activities been added when I said I didn't need it please reply to this correspondence JLake
