Service was fine as was price compared to other companies. Claire on the chat function was very helpful. I would have scored higher but was only able to be offered single trip insurance, not annual which is very annoying as it gets expensive over the year booking single trip insurance! I feel just travel cover and their competitors need to put pressure on the brokers to allow annual cover or provide an additional set of questions that would allow it. Currently, it feels discriminatory against people with medical conditions, which is why you have chosen a specialist medical travel insurer in the first place!
