I had to contact just travel to add on a medication and the first operator I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful because I could give the exact medical term for my medical problem. I gave up, called my Dr then had to call just travel again to speak to another operator to finally get it added to my policy. The 2nd operator was very helpful, unlike her colleague.
