Tried to renew online but the link takes you right back to a new, and very long, application process. Gave up and phoned them instead. Call answered relatively quickly but even with the 10% loyalty bonus, the quote was a huge increase on last year's premium. Was in a hurry so accepted it, after a long telephone conversation answering questions, but next year will shop around.
