Its the worst customer service i have to deal with it when i try to ask them were is my oder because i haven't received it they said to me because its St Patrick's day even after a week later they still email me to say its st St Patrick's day and after that when i still not receive my order they said to me my address was wrong and i have chosen the wrong courier to deliver my parcel and today 27th of March 2024 they said to me my parcel have return to them and ask me if i have satisfied with my product its the worst one i have to deal with and my address was never wrong its was the same address i have been order with them before. And in case of apologise for there mistake they want me to make sure i chose the right courier that i have never heard of this before i make my oder and the company chosen their own delivery company not me as a customer. I willl never order anything more from them.
