Worst customer service I’ve ever received!! Royal Mail left my parcel outside, behind a vehicle that wasn’t even mine. I am now £200 down as my parcel was not there when I returned home. Hardly surprising as I have an open driveway and live on a major bus route, with the bus stop right opposite. I have contacted justmylook countless times to be told the same line over and over again “The item was left in your safe place so there is nothing we can do. I do NOT have a safe place, for the reasons mentioned above! I never give permission for my parcels to be left, and didn’t on this occasion either! Will now started a charge back with my bank and definitely won’t ever purchase from them again!
