Awful service. Royal Mail claimed to have delivered my item even though we were on a family trip at the time so they couldn't have. Emailed Customer Service who said they'd investigate. Chased after 2 weeks and was told that they cannot replace as Roysl Mail said it was delivered! Will never use you again. Will also contact my credit card company
