The ordering process was easy and uncomplicated. Delivery time was reasonable. The hair diffuser I ordered was too big, so emailed customer services to tell them I would like to return it. I looked up their Twitter page and saw lots of people complaining about no reply. Justmylook said to not email again or the customer would lose their place in the queue. I emailed them on 27 November and have still had no response (13 Dec). I hope I will be able to make my return, but can't give a good rating to the company since I just don't know what will happen. Fingers crossed.
