I placed an order for a hair product on 20th November, finally received it on 6th of Dec. I am fully aware of the postal strikes, however, I emailed customer services on 30th of November asking if I could have an update on the delivery, but was ignored. I would have appreciated a reply, even if it was one stating that it may be delayed due to the strikes.
