Customer 'service' is diabolical You will be met with sarcasm from a truculent and sarcastic teenager who answers the phone saying 'ello , alright ? .................then tries to argue with you . You know who you are - Harry Here is a comment on Harry's attitude from another review that perfectly sums it up - " Specifically speaking to Harry, he was so snide and rude, constantly interrupting me and speaking sarcastically at me while I was going through the return process " YOU NEED TO GET RID OF HIM WITH SOME ALACRITY AS HE IS DESTROYING YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION WITH HIS UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS AND BAD ATTITUDE
