Im a new converted customer, when I visited the store recently the staff were so helpful & friendly, nothing seemed too much hassle & they were great with my children (who were tired & grumpy). I used to dread having the children fitted & buying new shoes but not anymore as my experience to Jump was fab.
My children loved the TV corner & the little accessories that you now stock / sell. Buying shoes is no longer stressful.
