Exceptional customer service! Like a number of folk, my Border Models 1/32 Lancaster nose kit came with faulty clear parts. Border Models just fobbed me off when I contacted them, and referred me back to Jumblies – who really have gone above and beyond. Getting a shoddy response, and unable to get parts from the UK importer, who were supposed to replace them, they didn’t give up as I’m sure many would. Instead, they tracked down the European importers, who did have replacements, and ordered from them – presumably all at their own expense and certainly their own effort. Throughout this lengthy process (I bought the kit last August), Jamie kept me up to date with regular good humoured emails and phone calls. Well, the new parts arrived today. Not one, but two sets of canopies etc. all perfect and carefully wrapped. Well done Jumblies!! I know where I’ll be buying all my future kits from
