I have been purchasing mainly diecast war planes from Jumblies since early 2013. In that time they have been very consistant with thier service and support irrespective of the fact I live in Australia which can create additional complexities due to distance and time zones. Feels like I am dealing with a freindly local store thats just down the road. Honest, reliable, freindly, responsive, value for money - Great company and great people to deal with - and with that I'm about to go and place yet another order!
