This was my first time ordering through Jumblies. The whole process was fine, I had to pre-order my item, no biggie since the world is crazy right now. Once my order was placed, I received an invoice ab out a month later which after it was paid, I never got a confirmation ticket, or an email with tracking. I was however able to find out what my tracking number was after some digging into my account on their website and was able to track my parcel without issue. My order arrived a couple days ago, and everything was in proper nick. I am satisfied with Jumblies and I'm sure I will order from them again when the time arrives.
