Living in Derbyshire I was able to visit the Juicy base in Chesterfield, first to view and try out the Compact Folding e-bike, to ask questions and get advice and then to collect one a week later. The Marketing Manager, Bryn Fawcett, was very helpful and responsive, preparing a bike for me to test, dealing with my queries and arranging collection. They had phone problems and only have a couple of staff at the base, but email responses were swift and full. My first impressions of the bike itself are very favourable, though I have had limited opportunity to ride far. Smart design, good components, easy to fold/unfold and stow in the car. All good!
