I bought a juicy bike about a year and a half ago, absolutely love it! My journey to work is all up hill, so this bike is a godsend. I have lost 2 screws so far from the handlebar and the mud guard, I emailed juicy and their customer service is second to none! In the post the replacement parts no questions asked , received the next day . The best service I have ever received from any business, well done juicy bikes!
