I was the first customer in on a Saturday morning at 9AM. As you could probably expect most people would be half asleep at this time however the guys in store were the complete opposite! Luke was full of energy and assisted me in exchanging a helmet that wasn’t the right style for me. He was full of energy and very knowledgeable on all the different styles of helmets and helped me pick the right one for me while describing all the differences between multiple helmets. He went out of his way to take the helmets out of the boxes and let me try them on even though it would have been a pain to repack them. Luke offered to fit the pin Lock free of charge and we had a laugh about how people don’t know how durable helmets can be when fitting accessories to them. The helmet I chose was the SCORPION EXO-1400 EVO AIR HELMET PLAIN CARBON I am very satisfied with my visit to the (Manchester M11 1DA England ) Branch and it has given me the best start to the day!
