Absolutely horrendous experience! The dress is 2 sizes bigger, it doesn't fit my daughter at all! Also, the colour is very different than how the dress looks on their website. They tried to convince me that the dress fits her well and now they stopped responding to my email altogether. They charged £20 for the postage and it arrived in a plastic envelope. Avoid at all cost. I lost £150. Poor sizing, poor quality, colour is different, no refund given. I am going to see if my bank could get my money back.
