Provides a very customer focused service. Booked an engineer, who arrived within the 2 hr time slot given, very polite, took time to explain the issue, I got the impression this company would get to the root of the problem rather than provide a quick fix and move on to the next job. Went the extra mile to deliver on time and finish the job despite a few challenges. Would definitely recommend.
