Ordered a bead for my wife's birthday and paid for next day delivery. It turned up 3 days later and after her birthday. I emailed twice with no response. Then I noticed I was refunded my postage, I also then received an email saying if I wanted to return it send it back using a tracked courier. No apology for there error or response to my point that I shouldn't have to pay for returning the item due to there mistake. Wont be purchasing anything from you again. I understand it was near Christmas and mistakes happen but not even an apology for your mistake has really annoyed me.
