Second order to this company for charms. I ordered 3 charms, two of which were the the same for Xmas presents. The only complaint I have is that the two identical were sent attached to each other and with arthritis I'm unable to detach them. Fortunately they are for 2 sisters but sent like that it is a nuisance. Apart from that they are a very good reliable company to deal with.
