My issue is with delivery. I paid extra for express delivery as we were going on holiday. The parcel was promiised for 28th November and had still not arrived when we left for our holiday on the 30th.
Apparently when it did arrive it was left on top of the dustbin and a neighbour saw it and took it in for me.
Why was it not delivered when pomised?
