Now I lost my shipment because your team forgot to put my phone number in the shipment information( which they use for sending tracking inside Kuwait). It may be take 2 weeks to reach the area mail or may be they will refund back to you because of your fault. Despite your customer service who didn’t send any tracking number or information that the shipment is out of UK. I sent many emails to know the statements of the shipment and when eventually reply it was already in Kuwait 4 days ago. I ordered these accessories for my wedding in 15th Oct. .. you put me in trouble now Your customer service is such a failure.
