The jewellery is absolutely beautiful so lm very happy about that. Delivery took longer than I expected but no real drama there. However, I was disappointed with the cheap basic packaging used for such beautiful quality jewellery. If you buy in-store you get some pretty tissue and they take care to wrap it nicely. My jewellery was sent to me in bubble wrap and a brown cardboard box. I would have at least expected some tissue and maybe a small pillow pack. Jon Richard needs to work on their presentation. I don't want gift wrapping but l do expect more than bubble wrap!
