I find the quality of most items very disappointing for the high price tag.
Worse thing is their customer services though. A couple of things I bought have been faulty with no one talking responsibility. When I ordered online, I only got my parcel month later and even then I could not get a reply from the customer service team. The latest: they don’t accept gift cards as a payment method for 3 weeks until 7th June. This really is a joke!
