After having several hassles with other mortgage brokers, Shaahid and Louise from John Charcol were amazing!
The communication from start to finish was brilliant and they managed to get us a great deal considering the interest rates at the moment. They even managed to tweak the interest rate right before completion as it had gone down.
After experiencing such disappointment from other brokers we will only be using John Charcol from now on.
