As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect with the mortgage process and had many questions which Chantelle Parker was happy to answer in simpler terms and made sure I understood what was happening. Santander came back with a few different questions and needed more information on 3 occasions and I was very anxious about the whole process but Chantelle did a brilliant job of reassuring me and keeping me updated at every stage.
