Lovely popcorn, awful customer service.
I had an email saying my order had been dispatched, then had an email from the delivery company saying a set date it was coming
I booked off work to be in as anytime that day it could come, however I then had another email from Joe seph to say my order had been dispatched(same ref number)
Called them to find out what was going on, the lady was so rude 'oh what do you want me to do, you will just have to wait in won't you', really???? Is this your customer service, if so I will take my custom else where, so rude.
Now I don't know when my order is coming, and nither does Joe sephs , People do have to work I can't keep staying in waiting as you send incorrect emails when my order has been dispatched.
