From my initial enquiry it took less than a fortnight for a the bird control work to be completed. The solution they provided has been to date completely successful for which we are immensely grateful. I was a little surprised not to get a call from their office prior to the balance for the work being taken from my credit card. They would've got 5 stars were it not for this.
