If I could score zero I would. I visited the Loughborough branch recently. Whilst paying for my goods there was a problem with the card terminal. The assistant had to use another terminal to complete the transaction. I was assured I had not been charged the first time around. Later, when I checked, I had been. Very poor service and no indication of when I can expect a refund. Significantly out of pocket.
