No delivery date for Carpet extraction machine, even when requested twice. Afternoon delivery was requested at time of payment but came randomly in morning. I was not in and it had to be left in my front garden. I intend to use Janitorial direct as my supplier for my carpet cleaning and Prochem products but this really put me off. I only went with the cheapest price and this was reflected in the service.
