Items arrived in good condition and were what I ordered. Not happy in the least with the delivery though. As I had not received the goods by Friday, I looked on line to see what the status of the order and it said "completed" which meant that it had been delivered - but I did not have it! The order had been delivered to the petrol filling station next door. No note was left through our letterbox to say where the items were. Our house had someone at home for the vast majority of last week, but the house looks unoccupied as we do not have cars on the driveway-they are locked away in the garage. I suspect that the driver just didn't bother to come to our door and just went to the petrol filling station which meant that I had to collect all three parcels and bring them to my home. You and your carrier are supposed to deliver to us not to the next door neighbour. If we were not in, a note should have been left by the carrier to say where the parcels were!! This isn't the first time that this has happened, perhaps clear instructions need to be given to the driver to deliver to the address supplied.
