I followed the instructions to take 2cm off the width of my recessed roman blind to ensure it fitted but I feel this leaves too big a gap around the edge and lets in far too much light. A shame as the quality of the blind is good. It also took far too long to arrive with only one email saying it was delayed by a week, when actually it turned up 2 weeks after that. Communication could have been better and I feel we should have been offered some compensation. It was not a cheap blind after all.
