Bought 2 rolls of wallpaper, one was defective but promptly substituted. Delivery of the second roll was fast enough but no other gestures of apology for the inconvenience. I wasn’t expecting anything in particular, but even if it was a 5£ voucher which wouldn’t be enough to buy anything at all, but would have been nice as an apology for the inconvenience caused. It’s not obviously a very serious or angry complaint, just a suggestion for costumer care :)
